SHIPMENTS WITHIN GHANA

  • Free nationwide shipping on all orders GHS2,000 and over. 
  • GHS50 flat shipping rate on all orders below GHS2,000.
  • In-store pickup available for all orders:
    • Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
    • Sat, 10am - 2pm

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

  • If you are ordering from outside Ghana, or shipping internationally, KINDLY CONTACT US via info@sueshimmers.com or our Contact Page with your request and we will arrange that for you.
  • Your international shipment may incur duties and taxes that SueShimmers has no control over.
  • While we strive to ensure your delivery reaches you in good time, there may be carrier-related delays. We cannot be held responsible for those. However, in the event that this should happen, kindly reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve it. 
  • Note: We currently ship to all countries with the exception of the following locations: Afghanistan, Brunei, Cuba, Crimea, Egypt, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Iran, Laos, Libya, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion Island, Samoa, Saint Pierre, Syria, Miquelon, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. 
  • While we have tried to make the list here is as expansive as possible, SueShimmers reserves the right to not to ship to any particular region or location. In such a case, special arrangements will be made with the customer, where possible, or a refund issued for your order. 
  • Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and may vary by destination.
