WE ARE STILL OPEN AND FULFILLING YOUR ORDERS.
We are not living in ordinary times. Everything around us has changed so suddenly. COVID-19 is here and like many businesses around the world, we've had to make some changes to cope with this difficult situation.
Thankfully, our doors are still open to you. However, if there are any mandatory lock-down directives issued by the government of Ghana, we will be closed since we are not an essential service provider.
We are working with a leaner team than before. Orders may have a lead time of an extra 2 or more days. Orders that involve the use of gemstones that have to be shipped from North America or Europe will have even longer lead times of up to 2 extra weeks.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
We are following all the safety protocols issued by the Government of Ghana. A hand-washing station has been placed in front of our store. All customers are required to wash their hands at the entrance and use an alcohol based hand-sanitizer upon entry. We have also implemented a strict 'No-Mask-No-Entry' policy. All customers are required to wear their face-masks before they will be allowed to enter our store.
On our part, we assure you that our shop is as hygienic as can be. We regularly wipe down all surfaces with disinfectants and our salespersons wear face masks. We will do everything we can to ensure your safety.
We encourage you to use our online platforms and e-payment options to avoid contact as much as possible until the COVID-19 situation is under control.
Our hearts go out to anyone who has been infected or lost a family member or friend to this dreadful disease. Be comforted.
Let us do everything we can to fight this virus. Wash your hands, wear your masks, practice social distancing and follow all the guidelines issued by the health authorities.
